3. Pour in 200 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir.
4. Store the mixture in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator.
5. Take 1 tablespoon three times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
Cooling drink for fever or congestion
Place a few clean leaves in a glass of fresh water and let them sit for at least an hour.
Add a peeled cucumber for extra refreshment.
