An ordinary manila envelope was tied around its neck with twine, with an unfamiliar handwriting indicating a driver’s name. Suspecting something staged, the observer approached and untied the envelope, finding a worn photo of their childhood home—from over twenty years ago—taken from the woods behind the house.
