Ginger oil: How it helps with osteoarthritis

How to prepare ginger oil and all its properties.

We can tell you that ginger has been used in the cuisine of many countries for many years for its unique flavor and its great health benefits.

From a medicinal perspective, ginger has been used for its digestive, analgesic, antibacterial, aphrodisiac, hepatoprotective, and many other functions.

Many people believe that its antioxidant properties have benefits in treating cancer, especially when combined with turmeric and garlic.

It is one of the most appreciated spices for its slightly camphorous citrus aroma and spicy flavor.

It is an excellent choice for seasoning fish, meat, and poultry, and also for preparing infusions, juices, and smoothies.

Ginger is one of the most versatile roots, and from it we can obtain an oil that can be used in different ways. Today, you will learn how to prepare it and get the most out of it.

Relieving pain is one of its main functions.

Muscle pain, osteoarthritis, arthritis, and rheumatism can all be reduced with the topical use of this wonderful oil, which also promotes blood circulation.

All of these analgesic properties are also used in aromatherapy, as ginger oil can also soothe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting.

Now, let’s get to work! It’s time to prepare this home remedy, which is not only effective but also natural.

The first thing to do is thoroughly wash the ginger root and cut it into thin slices. Another option is to grate the ginger to obtain a more concentrated preparation (approximately 40 grams).
In a container, preferably, add half a liter of olive oil and then add the ginger.
Place it in the oven for 2 hours at 60°C.
Once removed from the oven, let it sit until it reaches room temperature and then strain it through a very fine sieve.
There should be no trace of ginger left in the oil.
It’s important to store the oil in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, preferably glass, in a cool, dry place.
You can use it for 4 or 5 months.

Aphrodisiac use:

Sexuality in a couple is very important. It can cause many problems, but it can also be the solution.

Libido isn’t always the same in men as it is in women, and this is due to various factors. Ginger oil can be an excellent option to help find the solution.

Apply 3 drops of ginger oil to your back and massage along your spine. Do this twice a day for 10 days.

You can also take it as an infusion: 3 grams of ginger in a cup of boiling water with honey. Let it steep for 10 minutes (take twice a day).

Ginger tones and improves metabolic functions, thanks to its excellent natural stimulant.

Culinary Uses:

You can use ginger oil to enhance the flavor of your food by seasoning it.

You can only use it for one month, once the oil is prepared.

For Hair:

It will be very useful for caring for your hair and strengthening its growth.

It increases blood circulation in your scalp and also prevents dandruff.

It’s important to wet your hair and apply a few drops of oil to your hand. Massage it all over your scalp for a few minutes.

Then you can wash your hair normally.

Constipation:

Give a light massage to your stomach area, applying 5 drops of ginger oil before meals.

You can repeat these massages for a week.
