Joe “Jellybean” Bryant, former NBA player and father of Kobe Bryant, has passed away at 69. No official cause was disclosed, but he recently suffered a severe stroke, according to La Salle University and coach Fran Dunphy. He had remained largely out of the public eye since Kobe’s tragic death four years ago.
